Before you start, you need to:
  1. Gain access to our API.
In order to access our solutions, recruitment software providers must satisfy a number of key criteria core to our value proposition to both hirers and candidates. Please request access by filling in the integration request form . We will endeavor to confirm the outcome of your request within 10 business days.
  2. Agree to our general terms of use .

1. Plan your integration

1–2 weeks
This phase kicks off with the alignment of an implementation approach and delivery timeline. The SEEK technical team will support you on the integration journey, and can provide solution recommendations as well as any further information required to help you on your way.
If you hit any roadblocks, refer to our developer site or alternatively contact your SEEK Partner Manager.

2. Build your integration

X–Y weeks
Once you’re familiar with accessing the SEEK API and mapping its data structures, we’ll provide you with your final partner credentials and access to a test hirer. This will give you the ability to post job ads and export applications into your software for review.

3. Validate your integration

X–Y weeks
When your integration is complete, contact your SEEK Partner Manager to kickstart the validation phase. Typically, this involves a SEEK representative testing your end-to-end integration with the SEEK API. The aim is to give us confidence that your integration meets our expected user outcomes and accurately represents the SEEK brand and value proposition.
Please provide a test account and credentials for us to access your software. Make sure the account supports all the features needed to test out the integration.

  • Attachments: resume, cover letter, selection criteria
