We will endeavor to confirm the outcome of your request within 10 business days.
Careful planning is critical to the effective implementation of any integration effort. Good integrations start with users, and a clear assessment of the work and quality required of your integration.
This phase kicks off with the alignment of an implementation approach and delivery timeline.
The SEEK technical team will support you on the integration journey,
and can provide solution recommendations as well as any further information required to help you on your way.
If you hit any roadblocks, refer to our developer site or alternatively contact your SEEK Partner Manager.
2. Build your integration
X–Y weeks
Dedicate appropriate resources to implement and test your integration in accordance with the agreed scope of your work.
Once you’re familiar with accessing the SEEK API and mapping its data structures,
we’ll provide you with your final partner credentials and access to a test hirer.
This will give you the ability to post job ads and export applications into your software for review.
3. Validate your integration
X–Y weeks
Thoroughly test your integration and fix outstanding bugs before reaching out for review.
When your integration is complete,
contact your SEEK Partner Manager to kickstart the validation phase.
Typically, this involves a SEEK representative testing your end-to-end integration with the SEEK API.
The aim is to give us confidence that your integration meets our expected user outcomes and accurately represents the SEEK brand and value proposition.
Please provide a test account and credentials for us to access your software.
Make sure the account supports all the features needed to test out the integration.
Application Export
When an application is submitted for a job ad posted via your recruitment software,
we expect to see the following delivered via the SEEK API:
It’s a good idea to reach out to a few users and check in on their experience with the integration to identify usability issues.
Work with your SEEK Partner Manager to invite users to try out your integration.
We’ll provide these users with SEEK hirer accounts if they don’t already have them.
5. Launch your integration
X–Y weeks
A successful launch depends on awareness and user adoption of your new integration.
Your SEEK Partner Manager will work with you to develop relevant messaging and launch materials so that our mutual customers understand how the integration works,
the benefit it brings to their talent sourcing outcomes and how to enable it across both SEEK and your software.
